TERMS OF SERVICE
Please READ carefully. By making a purchase on this website the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Jason Broderick. (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”) agree to the follow terms stated herein.
PROGRAM/SERVICE
Jason Broderick. (herein referred to as “Jason Broderick” or “Company”) agrees to provide Program, “Acting Business Breakthrough” (herein referred to as “Program”) identified in online commerce shopping cart. As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.
As part of the Program, the Company shall provide the following to Client:
A Password Protected Program Area: The Company shall maintain a Program Area that may include video, audio and written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists and other training and support information. You shall have access to this Program Area for as long as the Program Area exists, and your License (as described below) remains active.
Program Participant Facebook Group: The Company shall create and maintain a closed Facebook group for students of the Program (“the Program Facebook Group”). This is a community run group, meaning that students are encouraged to help each other. From time to time Jason Broderick will conduct live Question and Answer sessions, live workshops and broadcasts inside the Program Facebook Group.
From time to time, the Company will offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Program. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrolment. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the program and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions.
FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND LICENSE
Premium subscription ("Subscriptions") or payment ("Product") is required for access to the Program. This can be on a one-off payment or recurring subscription basis depending on the offer available to you at the time of your purchase.
Purchasing or Subscribing through premium payment entitles you to a limited license to consume and download and print a single personal copy for your own offline consumption the Program on the site for as long as your individual purchase specifies - this may include, monthly, yearly or lifetime access.
Your limited license expressly forbids duplicating, sharing, disseminating, selling, broadcasting or otherwise allowing any other individual to access the content in the Program other than yourself.
After the term of your purchase expires your access to the Program will be immediately revoked and you agree to destroy any copies, physical or digital, of any part of the Program you may have in your possession.
A breach of this licensing agreement makes you immediately liable to pay the full lifetime value of the Program (£997.00) for yourself, above anything you may have already paid, and each and every individual who has been found to have gained access to any of the Program from you either accidentally or intentionally.
PRICING
We reserve the right to change the price of any of our Products or Subscriptions at any time without notice. A change in price of any of our services or subscriptions does not obligate you to continue using or paying for that service and you may terminate your agreement with us at any time with 30 days written notice.
PROMOTIONAL PRICING & TRIALS
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing, deals, offers, bundles or trial periods for some or all of our products, services and subscriptions ("Promotion", "Promotional Pricing", "Trial"). Promotional pricing does not entitle you to a refund, in full or in part, for an item you paid full price. Nor does it entitle you to access to the promotional bundle offer or combination of products or services in the promotion. Trial periods for services and subscriptions can only be redeemed once per customer. Purchasing a second or subsequent trial obligates you to immediately pay the full amount for that billing period and shall constitute a reactivation of any paused or cancelled subscriptions or services of the same type.
SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVE PERIOD
Signing up for a product or service with recurring billing, a "Subscription" grants you access to the related content or service, described at the point of purchase, for the duration of your billing period, the "Subscription Active Period". Your subscription active period lasts for 30 days from the previous renewal, or 365 days for yearly subscriptions. During your Subscription Active Period you are free to avail of any and all content or services related to your purchase, in accordance with these terms of service. A subscription payment only entitles you to access this content or avail of this service during your Subscription Active Period. After this period has ended, either by failed payment, manual cancellation, temporary suspension or any other method by which a renewal of your subscription is not successfully charged, your subscription is deemed to be "Inactive", access to any and all content or services is revoked and you are not entitled to store or retain copies of any content delivered to you without explicit consent.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: WHILE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVE YOU CAN USE IT TO ACCESS CONTENT OR SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION. WHILE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS INACTIVE YOU NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO ANY CONTENT OR SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION. ACCESS TO CONTENT OR SERVICES CAN NOT BE CARRIED FORWARD FROM ONE PERIOD TO THE NEXT REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH YOU HAVE USED. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE POINT OF PURCHASE TO ACCESS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTENT OR REDEEM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
CANCELLATION
By placing an order with us for a Product or Subscription you are entering into a contract with us. You have the right to cancel that contract within 14 days of purchase for a Product or Subscription. After 14 days of the purchase of a Product there will be no Refunds or Cancellations. After 14 days of the initial purchase of a Subscription you may cancel your contract at any time. You can cancel your subscription from inside your own account page otherwise please email support@actingbusinessbreakthrough.com
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the content. The Company provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of the first module being released, contact our support team at support@actingbusinessbreakthrough.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 EST. You must include proof of your attempt to complete the first module of the course with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
- Requirement 1: Complete and attach the answers documented from at least one of your castability survey sessions. This must include at least 25 answers to each question. (This represents only 17% of the suggested work)
- Requirement 2: Complete and attach your full Castability Statement as written using the template provided in the resources.
- Requirement 4: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you as an actor. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program? Why did the content and lessons not work for you.
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days following the date of initial purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, we will promptly issue an instruction to our payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Jason Broderick. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 14th day from your date of initial purchase.
